Once again the reigns to the Raw series have been handed to Chris Fraser. And once again Fraser has smashed it out of the ball park! Disc one is jammed full of ditties selected from Fraser, disc two is Raw’s most wanted tunes of 2011 to date. Fraser sets up with, Ian Carey’s Last Night, Whine Ya Waistline from Danny T & Oh Snap! and Bashy Vs Napt’s Make My Day (Chris Fraser Remix). Kurtis Mantronik’s Get Down, This Noiz from Neon Stereo & MC Flipside and The Summer Of Love from The Immigrant, all round out Fraser’s very fine offering. Disc two has a couple of fresh tracks, but quite frankly the majority of them are as old as the hills. Deadmau5’s Sofi Needs A Ladder, Dirty Talk from Wynter Gordon & Hello from Solveig & Dragonette, give you an idea of the direction it travels. Not sure why they didn’t just hand both discs to Fraser as Raw 2011 is worth the money just for Fraser’s remixes alone.
