Hello Sunshine festival has announced its 2024 date, making a shimmering return to Caribbean Gardens on Saturday 2nd March.

The family friendly event will once again be an all ages affair and fully licensed. Fans who sign up will also go into the draw to score a major prize pack worth over $6,000 including festival tickets, unlimited amusement ride passes, Urban Alley Beer, Ugly Vodka, merch, Pongo World Tennis Table, Oklahoma Joe BBQ and a meet and greet with the festival performers.

The line-up for Hello Sunshine 2024 will drop in the first week of October. Last year’s performers included eight-time ARIA Award-winning songstress Amy Shark, festival faves The Cat Empire, rapper 360, hometown heroes the Pierce Brothers, DJs Yo! Mafia and Cadence, as well as a DJ set from Murray – the original Red Wiggle. Expect the 2024 line-up to be bigger and better than ever before!

Aside from top-notch music, Hello Sunshine has confirmed that an array of over 20 international food trucks, a wide range of bars and beverages, over 15 carnival rides and attractions, show-stopping fireworks and market stalls by some of the best local makers, curators, and small business owners set are all on the agenda this year.

There will also be family friendly fun, including roving children’s entertainers of their favourite characters, face painting and hair braiding to ensure they are festival ready, special treats including show bags, fairy floss and snow cones, with lower price tickets available for teens and children – all making for a great Summer’s day out for people of all ages.

Since Hello Sunshine debuted in 2023 at Caribbean Gardens in Melbourne’s East at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges, the site is fast becoming Victoria’s favourite new festival grounds with Listen Out also taking up residency there for its 2023 event next Friday.
