I kind of slept on Chet Faker’s emergence, as in, that shit put me to sleep, but Talk Is Cheap presents some tasty sax samples that provide a satisfying counter to Nick Murphy’s incessantly sincere croon. Goes to show that Murphy isn’t going to be slipping behind the new crop of emerging bedroom projects anytime soon.
