The Beer Run: A three-hour drunken fun run is coming to Melbourne next weekend

The Beer Run

Grab a glass of the cold stuff as you run your way around Melbourne's best breweries.

If a five-kilometre fun run that doubles as a brewery crawl sounds like something you’d like to get around, then this much-loved event is just for you.

Returning once again, the ever-popular Beer Run is back this July, taking thirsty runners to five different breweries in the city.

Stay up to date with what’s happening in and around Melbourne here.

The run will kick off on Sunday, July 24 at Burnley Brewing and make its way to Mountain Goat Beer, onto Moon Dog OG, along the path to Stomping Ground and stumbling across the finish line at Bodriggy Brewing Company.

Over the course of 2 – 3 hours (depending on how long you want to stop at each brewery) runners will be led from Burnley Brewing all the way through the streets of Melbourne until reaching Bodriggy Brewing Company where you will celebrate your 5K achievement with more beer.

Grab your mates because pounding the pavements with The Beer Run is a real Sunday afternoon treat! The event has sold out all previous years and this year looks no different.

Entry costs $55 per person and each ticket includes an ice-cold frothy ale in each brewery, a Beer Run bib, and a medal (that acts as a novelty beer opener, of course)

Costumes are highly encouraged.

Book your spot and find out more here.
