As well as being a talented musician Jack Johnson is also a supporter of bringing attention to environmental concerns.
And this year, when he returns on December 8, Jack Johnson is doing even more to be green by choosing environmental groups, as part of his All At Once Community, to work with him on this tour.
Jack Johnson’s focus is on showcasing and acknowledging the constant efforts of non-profit groups and engaging gans in sustainable local food systems and Plastic Free Initiatives.
As part of this scheme, Tangaroa Blue and Two Hands Project are working together on a Beach Cleanup Series for Jack Johnson’s Australian tour.
So for those who want to get involved, head to Kerferd Road Pier on December 9 at 10am.
To sweeten up the deal Jack Johnson has even donated a signed ‘To The Sea’ CD and a special edition autographed poster that all volunteers will be in the draw to win on the day.
The Beach Cleanup event is community driven and is an enjoyable way to clean up our world.
