Dates, venues and promises announced.

The popular regional festival Groovin’ The Moo, who hosted acts including Vampire Weekend and Tegan and Sara in 2010, has announced their plans for 2011.

The event will again take place at Bendigo’s Prince of Wales Showground, on Saturday April 30. After much kerfuffle with a huge queue last year, the festival’s promotor, Stephen Halpin, has gone on the record with a guarantee that there will ne repeat of the queue in 2011. Gates will open an hour earlier, with extra entrance lanes, more food and toilets and twice the number of international artists!

Who could be on the lineup? Radiohead? Arcade Fire? Weezer? Elvis? It’s all announced in Feburary 2011, with tickets on sale shortly afterwards.
