The albums are a culmination of work over the past three years from the Barkly Regional Council’s Youth Diversion music and multimedia program.
The program sets out to provide music, film and multi-media programs for youth between the ages of 14-30 in the remote Indigenous communities across the Northern Territory since 2014.
The program explores important issues in the communities such as domestic violence, dreaming stories, cultural identity and substance and alcohol abuse.
