The classics will make a roaring comeback, with the beloved fish n’ chip shop dim sims stealing the spotlight. Joining the culinary fray are Gyoza, South Melb Dim Sims, and dumplings from the culinary traditions of Nepal and Poland. And worry not, vegan and gluten-free foodies will be catered to.

This year’s vendors include South Melbourne Dim Sims, serving nostalgia and flavour in every bite, Lil Dumpling Van, dishing out bite-sized pockets of joy, Wokking Amazing, a name that speaks for itself and Chef Calamari and many more, each bringing their unique touch to these savoury delicacies.

Quench your thirst with a specially brewed Dimmy & Dumpling festival XPA, a refreshing accompaniment to the scrumptious treats on offer, at just $12 a pint.

Gather your squad as bookings are open for groups of four or more. Walk-ins will also find plenty of space and tables available throughout the day.

It all goes down this Saturday, July 29, at Welcome to Thornbury. Book a table by heading here.
