After a pandemic-induced hiatus, The Great Astor Spooktacular is back! An all-night Horror-Thon of epic proportions, St Kilda’s beloved cinema The Astor is putting on an all-night marathon of some of horror’s most iconic sequels. It all goes down on Saturday October 29 and is set to keep you screaming all the way to the wee hours of the morning with a marathon screening of nine films.

The Great Astor Spooktacular are treating their audiences to Evil Dead II, Scream 2, Final Destination 2, A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2, Demons 2 and Jason X, as well as two secret, yet-to-be-revealed flicks.
Catch the cult classic Evil Dead II, which is being screened in 4K, while you’ll be treated to the 35mm versions of both Scream 2 and Final Destination 2.
