Solace: A three-story listening bar and nightclub has just opened in Melbourne’s Chinatown

solace
Words by Ava Villella

A solid sound system, moody decor and an impressive roster of talent – Solace has come ready to party.

Get excited because Melbourne’s newest bar and nightclub has hit the CBD. Located in Chinatown and driven by the masterminds behind Static, Solace promises great nights with great tunes and even greater vibes.

The venue is taking the space of the former Croft Institute – a science-themed bar with three floors of lab-themed design and science-themed drinks. Now, Solace takes a different shape. Featuring a first-floor Bauhaus-themed bar, a second-floor lounging space, and a third-floor dance floor supported by the impeccable sound systems of Funktion-One, Solace promises to be the recipe for the perfect night out.
