Lahey recently won the triple j Unearthed spot at Splendour In The Grass, a slot at BIGSOUND as well as the Josh Pyke Partnership grant of $7,500 in conjunction with APRA AMCOS.

She will be taking the spot of producer Beatrice who was forced to withdraw from the festival after it was announced she was accepted into the Red Bull Music Academy in Canada.

McArdle has just returned from performing at the Canadian Music Week and has been described as being “striking”, “impressive” and “powerful”.

They’ll join the likes of Camp Cope, Jaala, Jess Ribeiro, Simona Castricum and Miss Destiny on stage at what is Australia’s largest festival featuring entirely acts that have at least one non-male member.
