Pumarosa lock in debut Australian tour with co-Headline shows alongside LANY

A whirlwind year to say the least, 2016 saw Pumarosa release their debut self-titled EP highlighted by the industrial funk, saxophone-laced number Priestess, support Glass Animals on tour and deliver their very own headline shows to rave acclaim.

Alluring on record, their live performances are known to have you trembling, characterised by a fervent and tireless band-DNA. Isabel Muñoz-Newsome commands from the front, bending hooks and warping notes to get you dancing while counterpart’s Henry Brown (bassist) and drummer Nicholas Owen have a natural partnership in the rhythm section. Guitarist Jamie Neville and multi-instrumentalist Tomoya Sukuzi explore their own worlds from behind.

LANY are equally renowned and continue to emerge from unheralded comings. With three EP’s under their belt, including their latest Kinda – highlighted by the smash hit Where The Hell Are My Friends – the LA-based trio have catapulted from live festival slots at Reading and Bonnaroo into support slots alongside Troy Sivan and Ellie Goulding.
