Released to commemorate the 15th anniversary of Jeff Buckley’s death, Nightswim is an excellent and icy retro-synth ballad, calling to mind College’s Drive-synonymous A Real Hero. It’s a calming ode to living in the moment, evoking nostalgia-tinged beauty in the process. Oh and I totally made up that Jeff Buckley thing as a terrible, poor taste joke and I’m sorry.
