Looking to embrace that winter chill? You’ll soon be able to stay warm and cosy when the Winter Igloo Garden returns to The Wharf Hotel this May. Taking over the outside area at The Wharf Hotel once again, guests will be able to cosy up beneath a sky of twinkling fairy lights on the banks of the Yarra in your very own private winter wonderland.
From the comfort of your own private igloo, guests can enjoy riverside views while grazing away on share platters and warming up with mulled wine and or a hot toddy. There’s the Wharf Platter which is packed with all the good stuff, including olives, herb and garlic pizza bread, baked brie, and spinach and feta pastizzi, among other things. There’s also a plant based platter with a few alternatives, no less delicious.

At $59 per person, you’ll get a choice of one of these platters to share, as well as two beverages of your choice.
For a little extra you can add a chocolate fondu to share, as well as a boozy hot chocolate or cocktail. The butterscotch and baileys hot choccy topped with cream, marshmallow and sprinkles has our name all over it.
Accommodating between two and eight people, these private igloos are perfect for an intimate get-together, double dates, family outing or those missed celebrations! Bookings require a minimum of two adults. Kids are welcome too with kids meals available for purchase.
