Queen Victoria Market is hosting a massive two-day donut festival in June and we’re here for it

This will put you on the sugar high of your life. Okay, let’s be honest here. That new year’s resolution to get fit and cut out dessert from your diet, that’s long gone. So, if you’re going to indulge, you may as well do it right and what better way to do that than with a donut festival.

Yes. A festival dedicated to those doughy, sugary, glazed little round works of art.

Stay up to date with what’s happening in and around Melbourne here.

Taking to the foodie capital this June after the roaring success of last year’s event, the Queen Vic Market will deliver an epic free Donut Festival, where Melbourne’s best doughnut-makers will be dishing up their sugary creations for two days of deliciousness. That’s right, the beloved event has now expanded to two delicious days!

Expect to find the OG hot jam donuts, oozing chocolate-filled donuts, vegan and gluten-free donuts, churro bowls, 1950’s style milkshakes and so much more.

We’re seriously going to be spoiled for choice with the likes of Bistro Morgan Bakehouse, Short Stop Melbourne, American Doughnut Kitchen, Churro Kitchen , St. Gerry’s, OMG Decadent Donuts, Pasta Face and Cafe Verona.

Pair your doughy treats with the drinks offering will feature the market’s usual coffee and hot chocolate lineup, alongside nostalgic milkshakes and spiced apple cider. There will even be live music and roving performers to truly give you the entire festival experience.

It all goes down at Queen Victoria Market on Saturday, June 4 and Sunday, June 5 from 9am – 4pm. Visit the website here.
