Fed Square will be screening all three Matildas group stage matches for the 2024 Paris Olympics, set to recreate the extraordinary atmosphere of the World Cups.
With just four days until the Olympic excitement begins, this Friday, Fed Square will light up in green and gold as Victoria’s official live site for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
It will screen all the live action, replays, and highlights every day, including the eagerly anticipated Matildas matches.

Coffee and breakdancers for the opening match
For the opening weekend, there will be extra entertainment with breakdancers performing on the Fed Square stage from 2 pm to 4 pm on both Saturday and Sunday. For the first Matildas match on 26 July at 3 am, Volks Coffee will be popping up in the square to serve coffee and other refreshments, keeping fans bright-eyed and bushy-tailed as they cheer on the Tillies against Germany.

Daily highlights, replays and live matches
Presented in partnership with the Australian Olympic Committee, Paralympics Australia, and Channel Nine, Fed Square will become the ultimate hub for the 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Daily highlights and replays will be on display from 12 pm to 4 pm, followed by Nine’s live broadcast from 4 pm to 10 pm.
Following the interest in the recent women’s FIFA World Cup matches, entry to Fed Square will be ticketed for all Matildas matches. Tickets are free, but all patrons must register online to secure their entry and avoid missing out. Registration opens today for the first three Matildas matches listed below:
