As we approach the end of winter, it can only mean one thing (and no I’m not talking about finally getting to wear only two layers of clothing at a time – though being able to lift my arms above my head is definitely something I’m looking forward to), I’m of course talking about our favourite southside music celebration Live N Local. The program is huge, full of treat after treat to suit every music lover – no matter age or taste (head to page 17 to see what I mean).
As a special bonus, James and I put our heads and ears together to help kick off the festivities in fine form with Beat at the Bowlo – it’s got everything you could want for your Saturday: incredible bands, cheap drinks, and barefoot bowls. Get to know all the bands we’re bringing together, then come and join us on the day.
