Originating from Sweden, Lunch Beat gives workers the chance to escape the office for a free one-hour dance party and lunch. The global movement made waves when it hit Melbourne earlier this year as part of the City of Melbourne’s ‘100 Ways to Move it Melbourne’ campaign and will now return for Tuesday lunch hours in August.
