London’s legendary fabric is sending some of its finest selectors to Revs

Words by staff writer

Two of the world's most revered clubs combine.

Re:Connected returns for its second instalment with a fabric showcase landing at Revolver Upstairs on 23 January.

The event brings together London and Naarm through a collaboration with S.A.S.H, Breakfast Club and Revolver Fridays, taking over The Cage from 10pm through to 7am. Headlining the fabric showcase are two artists who have become synonymous with the iconic London institution: The Ghost from Germany and Voigtmann from the UK.

Stay up to date with what’s happening in and around Melbourne here.

The Ghost have built their reputation as genuine underground operators, known for a deep and hypnotic approach to house and techno refined over decades behind the decks. Their selections balance subtlety with power, weaving rolling low-end, intricate rhythms and patient grooves that reward dancers willing to commit to the journey. As long-time fabric affiliates, their sets focus on tension, flow and that rare ability to make hours disappear.

Voigtmann brings a meticulous approach shaped by years of dedicated digging and a distinctive sonic identity. Drawing from house, techno and left-field club music, his sets blend warmth, funk and precision with a refined touch that has made him a favourite at fabric and across London’s club circuit. Expect deep cuts, seamless mixing and moments designed to lock the entire room into place.

Local support comes from a strong lineup spanning the Melbourne electronic community. Apolett, Gonzo, Jmcee, Kerry Wallace, Lawless, Mike Callander, Scotty, Pesticide and Tommy O round out the bill across the nine-hour session.

Early bird tickets have already sold out, with remaining tiers starting from $31.62.
