The already impressive lineup just got even better, with the Yarra Council announcing a weekend of closing parties to finish off the festival.
To properly conclude the ten-day festival, a handful of acts have been added to the lineup to wrap things up. Newcomers to the lineup include Billy Davis & The Good Lords, Cool Out Sun, Mz Rizk and Jordan Denniss at The Night Cat on Saturday July 22 and hip hop acts Jimblah, Philly and Lady Lash on Sunday July 23 at Melba Spiegeltent.
Leaps And Bounds Festival began as a way to drive business into local venues and give support to local musicians in the winter months when the night life dies down, and now as winter settles in it’s time to put down that hot water bottle, take off those bed socks and get amongst it.
The 2017 lineup boasts a huge range of local artists, with the likes of Augie March, Blake Scott (Peep Templ), Shaky Stills, Leah Senior, Zockapili, Zond and loads more performing at different venues across Melbourne.
