Well this is quite exquisite. And for Hot Chip to be exquisite this far down the road is a feat in itself. It’s a triumph from start to finish. Hot Chip run a marathon with the hi-hat tickling beat, reminiscent of defunct pals LCD Soundsystem at their peak. Not much in the way of Alexis Taylor’s trademark British cheek, but brims with character all the same.
