Melbourne's endometriosis awareness festival is back with 10 acts and a fully accessible venue.
As the ENDOVIT organisers state, this isn’t just a festival. It’s a movement.
ENDOVIT Fest returns to Melbourne this November for its second year of platforming artists navigating endometriosis while raising awareness of a complex and debilitating chronic condition that affects around one million Australians.
Founded by Grace Simpkin in 2024, ENDOVIT Fest creates space for anyone connected to the condition, while showcasing musicians with lived experience of endometriosis. This year’s event takes over Thornbury Bowls Club on 23 November, kicking off at 2pm with happy hour specials before 10 acts hit the stage across genres spanning punk rock to folk.

The festival explicitly welcomes all genders, with organisers emphasising support for trans, non-binary and queer communities often sidelined in endometriosis conversations. The 2025 lineup features returning favourites The Vovos alongside interstate act ViperSnatch from Queensland, plus Operation Karma, Crushed Lavender, Clit Split, Winksy, Annie & The Make Believe and EN.V.
Beyond the music, ENDOVIT Fest offers a fully accessible venue, body painting, advocacy programming and the chance to connect with fellow endometriosis sufferers in an informal setting. The event embraces a casual atmosphere built around community, cheap tinnies and even lawn bowls.
Discounted tickets are available for people managing endometriosis or related conditions who might struggle with the full ticket price.
