There’s something stupid, sloppy and charming about the new single from Brisbane’s Blank Realm. Featuring three siblings and their mate, the band plays a kind of freewheeling psych folk with a shouty, drunken edge. The lyrics are simple and snarky and incredible distinctive, and you get the sense that everyone involved is having a loose, messy whale of a time. Excellent.
