Born out of an experiment between Australian musician Tanya Batt and UK-based producer Alisdair Mason, BATTS came to fruition through a long distance collaboration between two people who had never met in person. Now garnering opportunities in the UK, Tanya Batt will be moving overseas to join Mason and pursue the project full time.
Their debut and farewell show will be a chance to hear BATTS live before that happens. Playing mostly new material, they will be backed by an Australian band lineup featuring Hayden Calnin, Will Cuming (Lanks) and Lachlan OʼKane (Eagle and The Worm, Canary, Dorsal Fins).
