His Black Coffee won the 2014 Golden Guitar for Best Alternative Country Album at the Tamworth country music awards in January. Black Coffee was released last year, after which Bryan hit the road in Australia with Steve Earle, Paul Thorn and Shawn Colvin, played the major festivals and toured the United States extensively.
Bryan has made a country and rock crossover since he fronted The Wildes, which emerged in Melbourne in 2009.
This weekend he plays the CMC Rocks The Hunter country music festival at Hope Estate at NSW Hunter Valley (Friday March 14) and The Gumball also in the Hunter Valley, on Saturday April 12.
