First opening in 2012, Fancy Hank’s has since garnered a reputation as one of the finest barbeque joints in the city. The new site has acted as a former ballroom and was once home to Gaslight Records. The new fit-out will see lush leather banquettes and feature a light filled, open space.
In terms of the menu, Hank’s will be plating up nothing but the finest brisket, beef ribs and pork, cooked in a Southern-style smoker to perfection over several hours.
