The record features six songs in both English and Anindilyakwa, the traditional language of her home on Groote Eylandt in the Northern Territory.
Her debut single, Ngerraberrakernama was released in March and hit the airwaves in every state and territory through stations including triple j, ABC Radio National, PBS, FBI, Triple R, Fraser Coast FM in QLD, Radio Adelaide, and Edge Radio Hobart just to name a few. The track also debuted #7 in the Amrap Metro Charts, reaching #1 in late April.
As well as performances at national festivals including Gaarma Festival, Island Vibes, and Woodford Folk Festival, she has also taken her music to stages across Sweden and France.
