Oyster Frenzy is back for its 12th installment, and it’s set to be bigger and better than ever as they aim to smash their current record. Last year saw over 22,000 oysters shucked and slurped – that’s going to take a whole lot of dedication to beat.
The oyster bonanza will showcase fresh oysters from across the country, plus a mussel shack from POW Kitchen, and a ceviche station by Acland St Cantina. If that isn’t enough, hot and cold seafood canapés will also be available.
