So then, what’s the band name and what do you ‘do’ in the band?

My name is Rob Snarski, I’m the singer guy. Rob Snarski with Shane O’Mara.

What do you reckon people will say you sound like?

A ship lost at sea.

What do you love about making music?

Planting the seed and watching it grow… seeing the colours change with the seasons.

What do you hate about the music industry?

It’s all good… isn’t it?

If you could travel back in time and show one of your musical heroes your stuff, who would it be and why?

Okay, let’s get Ray Charles in a room with Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, Billie Holiday and Tom Waits and we take turns singing slow, sad songs just for the hell of it.

What can a punter expect from your live show?

A guy in a bunny suit strumming the guitar and warbling like a bird.

What’ve you got to sell CD-wise?

Two CDs, one’s called Wounded Bird, the other is called Low Fidelity (primarily recorded in the hills of Tecoma on my iPhone)

You can see ROB SNARSKI playing with the talented Shane O’Mara at The Spotted Mallard on Friday October 16, with Jed Rowe and Alison Ferrier, and on Friday October 23 at The Flying Saucer Club with Broads.
