There’s been a bit of a buzz around rising star Kristina Miltiadou.

Her Kate Nash/Marina And The Diamonds vibe has been mixing with her addictive beats and wafting traditional Greek influences to force audiences up and onto their feet in every set she’s played. It’s a subtle blend of funk, pop, blues, soul, alternative and indie flavours, with an upper palate of summer parties and a lasting aftertaste of some kind of sexy. She’ll sing her heart out to you with the help from her full band at Purple Sneakers’ Halloween bash at Miss Libertine on Friday October 29 at 10pm, but get there earlier, won’t you?
