Distilled with a combination of sweet and bitter orange peel to produce a crystal-clear spirit, it possesses a unique complexity unlike any other triple sec. Ingredients:

• 30ml Cointreau

• 45ml Blanco Tequila

• 20ml Fresh Lime Juice

• 4 Fresh Blackberries

Method:

• Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

• Add ice and shake until well-chilled

• Strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass

• Garnish with a blackberry

The Original Margarita

Ingredients:

• 30ml Cointreau

• 30ml Blanco Tequila

• 30ml Fresh Lime Juice

Method:

• Make a salt rim on your glass

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice

• Shake vigorously until well chilled

• Strain into a Margarita glass

• Garnish with a lime wheel

Frozen Passionfruit Margarita

Ingredients:

• 20ml Cointreau

• 20ml Patron Tequila

• 10ml Fresh Lime Juice

• 10ml Passoa

• Ice

• Garnish with edible flowers

Method:

• Pour ingredients into a blender with ice cubes.

• Pour into a chilled salt-rimmed glass.
