Based on a 120-acre farm in Mansfield, Victoria, Swiftcrest Distillery is the passion project of Hank and Carrie Thierry. Created entirely from scratch, Swiftcrest Distillery ensure only the finest local ingredients make it into their small-batch spirits.
Mashing and milling grain onsite, using pristine water from their property’s natural spring and sourcing 100 per cent organic or biodynamic ingredients such as barley, honey and botanicals directly from local farmers, their spirits are crafted with care and an aim to be the best in the world.
And while they want their spirits to leave an impression on consumers, they don’t want to have an impact on the environment which is why they are dedicated to maintaining a zero-waste operation.
Swiftcrest’s commitment to sustainability is evident across all facets of their production process, from utilising renewable energy sources such as solar and wood to using deadfall timber collected from their property to power their wood-fired boiler ‘Reg’.
