Released on Wilco’s own dBpm label, I Might is the first single from their eighth album and a dandy, bounding tune. Chunky bass notes, fuzzed out lead guitar riffs and a swinging sixties Moog melody fall together under a peppy marching beat, as Jeff Tweedy barks into the microphone with his distinctive, bluesy irony. “It’s alright,” he sings, “You won’t set the kids on fire, but I might.”
