Sports champion and triple j presenter Dylan Alcott took to Q&A last night to speak on last night’s disability special.
And while he tackled the issues he cared about with poise and passion — he also pulled off something perhaps even more impressive. Alcott snuck no less than eight Wu-Tang Clan lyrics into his performance, peppered throughout his conversation.
In fact, the cheeky devil even managed to sneak it under the usually impenetrable Q&A host Tony Jones.
“It was a serious thing that I’m really passionate about but I thought, you know what? I want to take the triple listeners along for the ride with me and try to slip in some references,” Alcott confessed to the ABC today.
He even signed off with a Wu-Tang symbol at the end. Brazenly brilliant stuff.
It’s been a watershed year for Alcott, who this year debuted his own completely accessible music festival.
