While most bands have been getting fans’ attention by teasing tour announcements on Twitter of late, Violent Soho have gone in the opposite direction.
The Brisbane rockers have done the sneaky, shunning social media and taking an old-school approach to announce their upcoming tour.
Opting to print a bunch of posters for the run of shows on the sly and making tickets exclusively available from local record stores, Violent Soho have done a bloody good job of keeping this news on the lowdown.
The upcoming tour will kick off next week and span three venues across the east coast, with stops in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
Melburnians will have to stop in at Fitzroy’s Oh! Jean Records to nab tix while Sydney tickets will be available from Red Eye Records in the CBD and Brisbane fans can find tickets at Rocking Horse Records in the city.
