Vanessa Amorosi, The Black Sorrows, Mahalia Barnes coming to Transit Rooftop Bar

The Black Sorrows - Transit Rooftop Bar

Fed Square’s Transport Hotel has announced a series of high-profile gigs to ignite your summer music options in the CBD.

The much-loved Transport Hotel – located smack-bang in the middle of Melbourne in Federation Square – has always been a strong supporter of Melbourne’s live music scene, with a strong array of weekly gigs spread across two of the sprawling venue’s three levels.

Usually, you’ll see Melburnians packing into the Transport Hotel’s ground-floor Public Bar on weekends to catch live gigs, or from Thursday to Sunday evenings watching jazz, blues and soul acts in the stunning surrounds of Transit Rooftop Bar.

But this summer their rooftop bar is turning it up to 11 to support the Melbourne music scene’s recovery, attracting stalwarts of the Australian music industry across February and March.

Check out Melbourne’s most comprehensive gig guide here.
