The critical-smash Dear Nelly podcast is coming to Brunswick Ballroom on Saturday April 1 with Nelly Thomas and special guest co-hosts comedians Cal Wilson, Harley Breen and Scott Brennan.

Described by Sammy J as “‘thought-provoking and brilliant”, Nelly Thomas’ hit podcast about sex and dating after 40 comes to the Brunswick Ballroom for a live recording this Saturday, featuring a selection of hilarious comedic special guests.

The podcast has been a major success, featured On Radio Today, Mumbrella, The Daily and Apple’s New & Noteworthy list, among other sources.

The foursome not only have serious comedy pedigrees, but have a wide array of relationship experiences to talk from. Nelly got Covid-divorced, Cal is long-term married, Harley is a de-facto divorced dad and Scott just got engaged for the first time at 50.

It all comes together for four comedians, four dating histories, a cacophony of sexualities and about 100 years of stage experience combined. In the hilarious and heart-warming show Nelly will test her co-host’s knowledge of dating terminology, ask their views on sex and love and delve into some relationship history.

Nelly and the panel will also answer audience questions and offer some completely unqualified but heartfelt advice. There may be some dancing. Either way, it will be an action-packed, fun-filled afternoon with love, advice and a shitload of laughs from the other side of 40.
