River Riffs is a new free music festival at Melbourne's Batman Park taking place from November 23–25.

Featuring headliners Fever Candlelight, Fleetwood Mac tribute band TUSK, and INXS tribute band INXSIVE, the artists will take centre stage on a floating helipad in the Yarra River.

River Riffs will take over Batman Park with a bar, and food trucks from Japanese eatery Kimu, Burgers from Grillz on Wheelz, and Greek donuts from St. Gerry’s. River Riffs will host an up-and-coming artist showcase on the main stage each night before the headlining acts. These artists will be announced in the coming weeks.

River Riffs

  • 4-10pm
  • Thursday November 23 – TUSK
  • Friday November 24 – INXSIVE
  • Saturday November 25 – Fever Candlelight

Headliners include:

TUSK: 8:30 – 10pm, Thursday November 23

Tusk – The Fleetwood Mac Tribute Show gives the audience a peek into what makes Fleetwood Mac one of the greatest bands of all time. Penni Jones’ portrayal of Stevie Nicks is not only hauntingly authentic vocally, but shows the duelling intensity and innocence of our leading lady that was only ever captured in early footage. This year Tusk are celebrating 10 years of hits from Fleetwood Mac.

INXSIVE 8:30 – 10pm, Friday November 24

Established in the late ’90s, INXSIVE replicate not just INXS’s sound but also their legendary live shows. They’ve taken their full production show to various venues, from pubs and nightclubs to festivals and corporate functions, consistently selling out and earning critical acclaim. Performing INXS’s iconic hits like “New Sensation,” “Need You Tonight,” and more, INXSIVE is a must-see for INXS fans and lovers of classic Australian Rock.

Fever Candlelight – A tribute to Coldplay: 8:30 – 10pm, Saturday November 25

Candlelight Concerts by Fever provide a one-of-a-kind experience in a candlelit setting, across spectacular locations worldwide. They’ve played these shows in 100 + cities, to over three million people, and continue to grow globally through their social media channels, which have amassed over 1.3 million followers.

In addition to the tribute-focused headliners, River Riffs will celebrate the emerging artists of Melbourne, with the City of Melbourne putting artists from their busking program in the park from 4-6pm each night.
