Their latest single, Good Mood, was produced by Konstantin Kersting and is described as a blend of sunny pop with introspective themes. The song reflects on the idea of thriving despite life’s challenges and was recorded at The Bunker in Camden.
Prior to Good Mood, The Rubens’ track Pets and Drugs received significant airplay and became the most-played track on triple j over the winter. This release followed their successful 2021 album, 0202, which earned a nomination for the Australian Music Prize (AMP) and included tracks like Live In Life and Masterpiece, both certified Platinum.
Throughout their career, The Rubens have consistently produced chart-topping hits, achieving multi-Platinum and Gold certifications. Their live performances have garnered a dedicated fan base, and they have previously supported P!NK during a 42-date arena tour.
