Being one of the first of several pop-up cinema events hosted by Melbourne-based filn criticism website, Screen Machine, St Heliers Street at the Abbotsford Convent is proud to present the 2006 debut comedy-drama feature film of Todd Rohal, The Guatemalan Handshake at their venue. The film tells of a mysterious power failure in a small mountain town coinciding with the disappearance of ones of its most eccentric young residents.
