The 6-piece ensemble is ready to make their debut at the iconic Brunswick Ballroom ahead of their third album. Armed with a repertoire that seamlessly blends both old favourites and fresh tracks, Hobsons Bay Coast Guard will rescue your Friday night from the depths of monotony and deliver it safely to the shores of surf-rock paradise.
Following a period of hibernation after the release of their latest single, Tidal Wave, Hobsons Bay embarked on an extensive Australian summer tour last year across Victoria and the East Coast. Appearing at the NGV Friday Nights, they also played rural shows in Kyneton, Ballarat, and took to the stage at the prestigious Loch-Hart Music Festival.
Joining them on this musical extravaganza are Techno 666, whose eclectic sound is set to open the evening. Additionally, long-time surf companions, the Marcel Borrack TD Band, will be gracing the stage.
