Strawberry Fields festival drops massive 2022 lineup and new stages

Strawberry Fields 2023

Strawberry Fields is making its grand, full-throttle return to the Wildlands this October 28 – 30, 2022 with the likes of Moodymann, Omar S and The Pharcyde.

Returning to the good ole days of one massive weekend at full capacity, the Strawberry Fields team say they’re thrilled to present a cleverly curated mix of the best live and electronic acts, with the long-awaited return of international artists to mix with a plethora of hand-picked local talent.

As well as the usual favourites; the food and art installations at every turn, workshops, their, Bush Spa and Mirage Motel, 2022 sees the addition of two new stages – the Strawberry team say there’ll be finer details on those to come. So, who will be electrifying the banks of the magical Murray this October? Please welcome (in alphabetical order):

Eight reasons why Strawberry Fields has mastered the music festival model

Strawberry have also announced the return of the Community Grants Fund that will see the festival contribute a minimum of $35,000 into local charities, community groups and not for profits; groups applications close July 31. Since its inception in 2015, The Community Grants Fund has donated over $100,000 to local community organisations.

Sustainability is once again a major focus, so the festival is encouraging punters to hop aboard the SF Bus for a safer, cheaper, hassle free way to get to and from the Wildlands. From their 100% composting loos, to 100% of our power coming from biodiesel generators, to 100% of travel to/from the festival by patrons, staff and artists being offset via carbon partner TreeCreds, Strawberry is the only festival of its size to have entirely banned single-use plastics in our market area. Instead, they use a 100% reusable crockery system called Rewash Revolution.

Applications are now open for Workshops, Art, Performance Art, Food/Drink/Market stalls and Volunteers if you are keen to be a part of your favourite festival on the Murray.

Nestled along the banks of the stunning Murray River on Yorta Yorta Country, Strawberry Fields brings a cash and cultural injection into the Berrigan Shire and Greater Border region economies. It’s a must-attend event of busting beats, incredible art, proactive sustainability, delectable food, community vibes and good times along the banks of the glorious Murray River this October.
