Come With Me premiered Wednesday night on triple j with its accompanying video amassing nearly 20,000 views in just 24 hours.
“Come With Me is about the constant self-deprecation you face when you think you aren’t good enough for someone you truly care about,” said vocalist Brock Conry. “The permanent fear of not knowing whether or not you’re good enough for someone who has treated you with nothing but love and respect is completely horrifying and I do not wish it upon anyone. In turn, I loved and lost someone due to my constant push and pull and this song is about how I felt during that very trying time.”
Stepson have shared the stage with many successful artists since the release of their debut EP Broken Bottles / Drunken Hearts in 2014 including acts such as Counterparts, Title Fight, Ocean Grove and Storm the Sky.
