Shaky Stills will be celebrating their recent release with a set of shows around Melbourne in the coming months.

Get ready to saddle up and ride into the sunset with Melbourne’s very own purveyors of original country western, tex-mex, trucker, and western swing tunes – Shaky Stills as they unleash their latest Tejano-esque single, Sunset Red.

  • July 27, 7pm – Moon Dog’s Wild West, Footscray
  • Aug 10, 9pm – The Drunken Poet, West Melbourne

A heartfelt love song, weaving a tale of lost love with the timbre inspired by the amazing Leonardo “Flaco” Jiménez, a singer, songwriter and accordionist from San Antonio who is also a member of the fabulous Texas Tornados & Los Super Seven.

The band are celebrating with a string of special shows in the next two months.

They’ll be playing their best drinking and dancing tunes, and the fiestas are free, so come along and experience the warmth of an authentic local country band.
