The EMC returns to Sydney for its sixth year bringing together Asia-Pacific’s electronic music community. Dave Ruby Howe has put together a program of some of Australia’s brightest electronic talents featuring parties curated by S.A.S.H, Of Leisure, Liveschool and many more.

There is a list of over 60 speakers appearing at the conference as well as 50 artists performing at EMCPlay, spread over three days and multiple venues.

Guests including Andrew Weatherall, Ngaiire, Alexander Nut and more will appear on a series of panels, workshops and master classes designed to educate and inspire.

Conference pass holders have free access to EMCPlay Hub at The Landsdowne alongside the opportunity to attend over 20 conference sessions.

“You need only look at the biggest names in new electronic music right now to see how in demand Australian acts are at the moment,” said EMCPlay programmer Dave Ruby Howe of the event’s 2017 program. “With artists like Alison Wonderland, Flume, RÜFÜS and What So Not slaying on a global scale it couldn’t be a better time to take a closer look at the next generation of local talent that’s on the rise.”
