Former Pulp member Richard Hawley has a new album due out in May and this oddly seductive single preceding it. The wall of guitars he uses has a sci-fi edge, a swirling psychedelic trip through the stars that is overlaid with a hypnotic, mantra-like refrain encouraging you to ‘leave your body behind you.’ This tune really punches above its weight.
