Grammy-nominated band OneRepublic will return to Australia and New Zealand for The Sweet Escape Tour 2026.

The American pop rock group, led by acclaimed singer-songwriter Ryan Tedder, will bring their highly anticipated tour to both countries in February next year. Following their successful 2023 tour that played to full houses across Australia and New Zealand, OneRepublic will be joined by special guest Zara Larsson, the award-winning Swedish pop superstar making her long-awaited debut in the region.

The Sweet Escape Tour 2026 promises to showcase OneRepublic’s extensive catalogue of hits spanning nearly two decades. Since their debut in 2007, the band has amassed over five billion streams on Spotify alone and delivered numerous chart-topping singles that have defined modern pop rock music.

OneRepublic’s journey began with their debut album Dreaming Out Loud, which included the 20 million-selling hit single Apologize. This track shattered digital sales and airplay records worldwide while earning them a Grammy nomination. Their subsequent releases continued this success, including the certified-platinum album Native featuring the number one hit Counting Stars, which has sold over 41 million copies globally.

Recent years have seen the band maintain their commercial momentum with hits like I Ain’t Worried from Top Gun: Maverick, which boasts over three billion streams. Their 2024 collaboration with David Guetta, I Don’t Wanna Wait, has amassed over 130 million streams since release. The group also debuted their sixth album Artificial Paradise in July, featuring tracks like Hurt and Sink or Swim.

Zara Larsson brings her own impressive credentials to the tour, with her platinum-certified 2017 album So Good standing as one of the most-streamed debuts on Spotify by a female artist. Her growing catalogue includes hits like Never Forget You, Lush Life and her Clean Bandit collaboration Symphony.

Mastercard presales begin Wednesday 28 May at 1pm, with My Live Nation presales starting Thursday 29 May at 1pm. General public tickets go on sale Friday 30 May at 2pm local time.
