Piecework is the brain/love-child of Adrian Conti and Mardi Nowak – an exhibition of paintings, woven tapestries and works on paper by the pair. Despite both artists indulging in different artistic mediums, they share the common interest of saturated colour and fragmented shapes, the exhibition dictating how one’s style compliments the other. Both artists are seen to place emphasis on the interplay of positive and negative space; each part sharing equal importance.
