Owl Eyes dives into the sticky end of Pretty In Pink fantasy with the glassy synth pop tune. Lifted from her forthcoming album, Nightswim, it is a hyper lush, hyper girly, romantic and yearning piece so thick with ’80s nostalgia it is basically indistinguishable from the original sound. But good, you know. Deeply evocative.
