The Triennial will present a curated cross-section of art and design, arriving from countries across the globe, featuring both renowned artists and emerging.
Taking up all four levels of the NGV, the free exhibition will feature works from lauded Japanese artist Yayoi Kusama with a new work developed especially for Melbourne., Chinese fashion champion Guo Pei, Germany’s Timo Nasseri, Canada’s Sascha Braunig and much more.
On home turf, Australian artists include Ben Quilty, Louisa Bufardeci and more alongside a gallery of skulls from Ron Mueck.
